I was grateful to have this service when I saw the amount of work and precision of the Geek Squad technicians when they mount my new 85 inch TV. Its great to have someone else liable with your big TV purchase.

The guys did a great job setting up and mounting my big screen TV They answered all my questions and showed me how to use the remote and features. I am glad I spent the money to have them install.

The two gentlemen that came to set up my TV, they were great and very helpful.

Overall everything went well but they could have done better in finding the stud on the first time.

The agents arrived on time, installed my 65" TV and wall mount. They also connected the satellite box, DVD player, and a vintage CD player. After they hauled away my old "the" TV, they instructed me on how all the new equipment worked, they made sure the area was well cleaned. I highly recommend using the GEEK SQUAD.

Everything was amazing. Garrick and Adrienne were very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. I appreciate the time they took to install and mourn my television properly. I know they were just doing their job but they went above and beyond with service.

David did an amazing job. They were in and out in about 1 hour and left ZERO mess. Very professional. Honestly I never write reviews if that’s shows the quality of work.

Although staffing issues caused only 1 technician to come to my house, we were able to remove the old, VERY HEAVY plasma tv and install the new UHD LED TV. Thank you Marcus for setting everything up including our new Sonos sound bar and the WiFi internet connection to the new tv. Everything works great and is very user friendly.

The geek squad did a phenomenal job hooking up this new tv for my dad & I. They were clean, courteous & didn’t take long to complete the job. I’m always pleased when the geek squad does anything they are asked to. This is definitely a service for people who need a little extra help with guaranteed satisfaction with the results!
