They made sure I understood how to operate the remote controls and answered my questions in a professional manner. Appreciated that they wore masks and had on foot covers. Would not hesitate to recommend the two gentlemen to others. Keep up the good work.

The team who came to install it were polite and quick! They demonstrated how everything worked and even set up my apps on the new tv. I have ALWAYS gotten great service from the Geek Squad. I never hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

That man said he didn't know how. So, I did my best to set it up.

Review Geek Squad TV bracket and TV installation

TV bracket and TV installed quickly. They programmed my TV with my TV service. Geek Squad made sure I knew how to operate the TV. They asked if I had questions about anything before they left. Excellent service.

After the TV was mounted the the Geek squad employees cleanEd up after themselves then instructed me how to operate my new TV. Ask if I had any questions. I am very happy with the mount and install.Well worth the extra cost to have everything done for me.
