Geek Squad TV Install was great!

I’ve never had a cleaner looking connection! There are no visible cords to any of my devices. I was able to add on some clean up on other TV’s in my new home also.

Installation tech didnt show up
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had delivery plus installation for LG TV, scheduled for 7:30am to 11:30am. but unfortunately delvery guy didnt show up , I was waiting home all day. despite multiple calls I didnt get any assitance, I took off from work to stay home for this delivery. I was so excited for new TV, but Geek squad delivery team ruined it. Now they are saying me to reschedule it and wait for another two weeks as they dont have any appointments available. Dont use this service if you can pickup and setup this by yourself. Its so much painful. Amazon delivery is much better and always on time.

This was not his fault. He worked with the mount to get the TV in just the right place. He then showed me the various options and made certain the TV was set up correctly.

Depends on the tech...

They are willing to help but don’t necessarily set up the product so that you don’t have issues. I’ve had to call numerous times to have a phone representative tell me how to correct the problem and it’s still not fixed.
