The two Ggek Squad members were very friendly and professional. They offered suggestions For optimal placement and viewing. They took great care to clean up any dust from drilling holes and cleaned everything up when they were done. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend their services.

I feel I should have asked me if I wanted closer to the left or to the right. And you did not connect any of my devices.I connected them

That man said he didn't know how. So, I did my best to set it up.

They were polite , explained every thing about my new TV. The geek squad are great people that is why i signed up for them to do all my work on my tv's and on my computer . It is well worth the money.

Geek or no Geek

The communication between myself and their office goes beyond what one would expect from someone representing Best Buy. In the middle of my call with the operator she told me she had to go because her shift is up and someone else would call tomorrow. What kind of customer service is that?
