Definitely recommended if TV needs to be mounted in a tough spot.

You get what you pay for and feel like I was the winner! Geek Squad rocks! They were super careful when entering my house, shoe covers, masked and professionals. Within about 10 minutes took the TV out of the carton, measured and hung my gorgeous 82" Samsung on the living room wall. I love Best Buy!!

Had a little trouble nailing down an install date, you guys are so busy, dates and time would book really fast: openings would disappear. Did not get my sound bar mounted and my low voltage wire were not hidden because order was not written right in the first meeting. I was not aware that I needed to mention this and that it became an issue. Still not mounted.

I bought an 85 inch from Best Buy. Beautiful TV. But when? They send out installers. It's not the Geek Squad. They sub their workout to third party people. 220-year-old showed up 3 months experience. The guy started drilling holes in my walls. Looking for studs instead of using a stud finder put 10 holes in my wall. They didn't have the proper anchors. They didn't have the proper tools had to supply everything. Took the bolts to my fifty five inch that I was gonna hang in another room and the guy kept on saying he's gonna bring them back But he didn't when I called Best Buy. I was told that they don't have bolt packages there and that I could return the TV if I wanted. New bolts makes 0 sense. Best Buy has a great selection. But for $250. I really want professionals coming out to my house. Not to people that I have 2. Weeks training. They do 1 week in school and the rest they do on your house terrible program. Once you buy that t, v, you're on your own. Higher real installers, that's my device.

The guys did not have the correct tools to remove the wall mount. They had to leave, so my neighbor removed the wall mount. They came back and installed new mount and one instead of two tv’s. Now I have to wait for second tv to be installed. Also, they didn’t stay to finish the set top boxes to fully activate.

Dan and Quinton were very friendly and did a great job! They communicated great on arrival time. I'll reccomend Geek Squad to anyone. The third party was suppose to install 3 weeks prior and never called and didn't show up.
