    Gentleman from Geek Squad calls me to tell me they are short people since his helper is in the hospital. A woman shows up (clearly not who I spoke to) to mount a 50 inch TV. They are supposed to guide and recommend TV height (they are the experts) and this was premium installation. The cable and electric is integrated into the wall for wall mountings. They mounted it much too high, with wires hanging. Disappointed for $200 and customer service hasn’t gotten back to me. BEWARE!

    Could not be more satisfied with our new 77" LG TV... Installers were outstanding (Austin and Addis). Follow up from Austin was a BIG help with some minor setting issues. Rich and Lorraine :)

    In store crew is great, but the sub-contractor they used for TV installation was not great. The communication between myself and their office goes beyond what one would expect from someone representing Best Buy. In the middle of my call with the operator she told me she had to go because her shift is up and someone else would call tomorrow. What kind of customer service is that?

    Everything was great. From booking, being on time, bringing what I needed. Putting up my TV on the wall and setting it up. He checked I was happy with it all. And he was really quick.

    I appreciate the service that is provided but with regards to the techs, it depends on whom you get. They are willing to help but don’t necessarily set up the product so that you don’t have issues. I’ve had to call numerous times to have a phone representative tell me how to correct the problem and it’s still not fixed.

    I like my new 65" TV. The young men who set up and delivered my new tv did a great job. They were polite , explained every thing about my new TV. The geek squad are great people that is why i signed up for them to do all my work on my tv's and on my computer . It is well worth the money.
