Very professional and quick with getting the tv mounted and set up.

The Geek Squad Agent mounted my TV & sound bar in a very professional manner. He was very efficient and informational as he installed everything. He made sure to clean up after himself and was sure to not leave a mess behind. He also answered any and all questions (to the best of his knowledge) that my husband asked.

After arriving in my home the two guys took the time to mark my wall for the proper mounting height since my entertainment center that would be below the TV hadn't arrived. They worked efficiently, were friendly, explained all the details of my remote, and cleaned everything up before leaving. I would recommend, and would use again if needed.

The agents mounted the tv and i never had any issues with it.

The Geek Sqd bent over backwards to make up for misinformation by the sales staff. Sales staff told us the Geek Sqd would come with numerous mounts that we could pick from. We had to buy our own. Sales staff need to know what the Geek Sqd can do and cannot do. Geek Sqd was not familiar with the remote and as a result we were left to figure it our on our own with no instruction book. We are still trying to figure it out.

Geek Squad did a great job. Will use them again. Very pleased.

Agents were professional and knowledgeable. Their communication was exceptional. I had a very positive experience and, I’m appreciative on how they handled my appointment with professionalism and care.

Geek squad service was great. Professionally done and helpful hints. HOWEVER, Best Buy third party arrangements for the installation fell through three times because Best Buy could not figure out how to write a contract with the contractors to deliver as well as do the connection and set up. My advice is to take the stuff stuff home yourself if you can manage it or be prepared to wait for the in-house service

You get what you pay for and feel like I was the winner! Geek Squad rocks! They were super careful when entering my house, shoe covers, masked and professionals. Within about 10 minutes took the TV out of the carton, measured and hung my gorgeous 82" Samsung on the living room wall. I love Best Buy!!

Knew exactly what had to be done Professional and no mess left

Lucas installed my TV a month ago and I am happy to state that everything he set up is working well. He even set up my cable remote for me. In addition he explained everything clearly and slowly. In the end I was very happy I chose to have this installation. Lucas is an excellent person as well as a savvy tech. And he even cleaned everything up. Kudos!

The agents did a terrific job installing a home theatre system which included in ceiling speakers, requiring ceiling cut outs, and in wall center channel and subwoofer. In addition, they installed eight other in ceiling speakers, receiver for my outdoor pool areas. They were professional, knowledgeable and showed me how to use my new devices.
