The installers arrived within the specified time frame and installed the new TV. They connected my external speakers and services/ devices and patiently went through the TV use instructions. They made sure that everything was working and that I knew how to access features. They worked efficiently, were friendly & polite.

The GEEK SQUAD removed the old 75” Sony TV and mounted the new 77” Sony TV. Did va great job in reasonable time. My wife and I do still need help with using the remote, can the GEEK SQUAD expert return and help us use the remote effectively ?

The installers got finger prints all over the new screen (and didn't clean them off), TV was left a little lopsided and cords not securely tucked up in the back. They also had little interest in showing me how to navigate the TV remote and the soundbar remote. Also, in the past, I haven't been left with the enormous boxes to deal with. Would I use them again? Probably out of convenience but not because it was outstanding.

It took two visits to get everything up and running. Very satisfied now that the tv has been mounted and connected to cable.

The 2 installers from the geek squad were wonderful. I was working and had a family member present for install and they stayed in touch with me and gave me their recommendations for placement which was helpful.

For the most part was satisfied. However when I couldn’t get into Amazon movies he told me that it was installed. I had to have another geek squad technician come to remedy the problem. Other than that it was fine

Geek Squad mounted my Samsung Q90T 85" TV on this mount - It is excellent! and the Samsung is Heavy (138LBS) but the adjustments on this mount can be made easily with a couple of fingers - tilted slightly down or swing it out to connect cables. Plus this mount is heavy-duty, for just this kind of TV 5 Stars!

I did need to contact the squad after installation for an issue with my TV. My call was answered and I was directed to the Samsung site. Hulu had been dropped from my choices on the TV. When I went to you tube, I found the solution to this problem was to hold down the power button to reboot. All's well now.

Following the installation they were very helpful in working with me to set up the Roku and all of the apps. I would never have been able to do this alone.

Yes, Nathan did fine. I just forgot to tell him to get rid of the DVR and load the SPectrum app on to the new Smart TV. My fault, just too forgetful while he was here.

Highly recommend using the Geek Squad for mounting your next 65" or larger tv. They were very professional, had all the tools with them and were quick to mount my new tv. This is a 2 person job so they brought 2 agents to complete the job, very satisfied!
