The installers arrived within the specified time frame and installed the new TV. They connected my external speakers and services/ devices and patiently went through the TV use instructions. They made sure that everything was working and that I knew how to access features. They worked efficiently, were friendly & polite.

The subcontractor working for bestbuy showed up in a personal vehicle (confusing to us)& proceeded to hook up my new tv. He did NOT hook up the VCR, or explain how I could attach my Wii. He did offer to take the empty box with him.

The guys were friendly and punctual. They know what they’re doing and were sure to clean up any debris afterward. It’s just a little pricey for the time it took to install.

I for a big 77 inch TV that I needed mounted in a difficult, tight spot in my basement. I was planning to do it myself, but chickened out in the end… I’m glad I went with the Geek Squad instead, because they made it look easy, and did a brilliant job with the mounting.

The agents were given the wrong stand when they picked it up from the store. We could accept that but when they tried to assemble it, they were missing parts. As a result we were unable to use the stand and we had to get another one from another source. We would like the stand cost deducted from the total amount of our order and our credit card credited in that amount. We no longer need the TV stand.

Brittany was awesome from Lafayette! I really am on the fence still with this purchase and the whole process since I did make it. Brittany at least kept her word and mounted the TV while offering numerous options and communicating very well

Sky and her partner were efficient and polite. They mounted our outdoor tv probably quicker than it took to drive to our house. She even took the box with her so I didn’t have to worry about the trash!

Agents that mounted tv are knowledgable with a basic setup and wiring. We have a new build home and cat6 wiring and it was installed incorrectly. We had a seperate home audio team home re-install tv correctly. The actual mounting on the wall was great, but the connection was a different story.

The power kit I ordered on 7/30/91 was too big for my project, luckily John and Phillip had a smaller power kit in their truck, so I bought that with it's installation and John returned the large power kit to the store however, I am now charged for the installation TWICE ($49.99 each), and I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND OF $49.99!

Highly recommend using the Geek Squad for mounting your next 65" or larger tv. They were very professional, had all the tools with them and were quick to mount my new tv. This is a 2 person job so they brought 2 agents to complete the job, very satisfied!
