The subcontractor working for bestbuy showed up in a personal vehicle (confusing to us)& proceeded to hook up my new tv. He did NOT hook up the VCR, or explain how I could attach my Wii. He did offer to take the empty box with him.

The Geek Squad came to my home early and I like that as the weather heat advisory indicated. Installed the TV bracket in no time (less than 20 mins) and additionally assisted with correcting / connecting our fire stick as well. Again I highly recommend the Geek Squad for installation projects. Thank you.

This stand made the new TV fit on the table . It was easy for the tech to assemble . We love GEEK squad . The tech was friendly -got the TV put up quickly and showed us how to use the remotes-which helped since we are older and not 'tech savvy'

Jarred and his crew did a great job. They checked out the problem and figured out pretty quickly what the issue was. They were respectful of my lack of knowledge and helpful in teaching me how to manage moving tge tv on the mounting. They were great!

Agents mounted my Tv and connected it to all my devices

However, they asked if I had an extension cord. I went and got one for them. But, after they left, I saw that they had mounted the white cord on the brick wall on which the tv is mounted. If I had known why they wanted a cord, I would surely have brought a brown one that would not have been so obvious on a brick wall. Now I am faced with finding some way to color it so that is not what you see first when you look at the tv.

Installer knew what he was doing installing a 55" TV on our bedroom wall, and when surprisingly having to go into block behind the drywall wall, he just adapted to the condition, and changed tools using the correct hardware to attach the TV mount. I am very happy with the work that was done, and completed in quick order. Thank you

It all starts with Zack who is more than attentive when it comes to what I am trying to accomplish. Once he gets done BJ installs and makes it come together perfectly. The ONLY reason why I do all my business at Best Buy is because of Zack and BJ (Blair). Never ever let them get away, they are the best!
