What Next Gen games should be like
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dev should be taking notice and stop making games for last gen consoles. Work on making games look and play great for this gen and we will see more amazing games. Batman is great and highly recommended.

Great up to a point
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Arkham Knight is a great Batman game. I can't say if it's my favorite Arkham game because of some things that occur near the end of the game. I'll try to keep this review as spoiler free as possible. There is a lot to love in this iteration of the Arkham series. The combat feels crisp and fluid. Exploring Gotham City is fun. The side missions were my favorite part of the game. The Firefly missions and mystery serial killer missions are a high point. The main story is kind of lackluster but the addition of a certain sidekick makes the whole thing worth while. The one thing that really sucked out my enjoyment of the game were the many bat-tank battles. There are so many of them and they happen so often I found my self dreading any progression made in the game. As soon as I knew I was in a tank battle I would heavily sigh, roll my eyes and begrudgingly make my way through it. These tank missions soured my experience with the game. You might love this part of the game, I did not. At all. Every other part of the game is great, but temper your expectations.

Solid
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so excited for this game I ended up buying it twice. Ordered the limited edition gunmetal PS4 which also had the game. So far everything looks great and the framerate is solid but driving the batmobile the way I do makes it look like batman is drunk! Really need to figure out the controls but it is fun.

The Dark Knight Returns!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Rocksteady takes the helm again in their final installment in the Batman franchise. Batman: Arkham Knight is an excellent action/adventure game that looks gorgeous on PS4. Anyone who played the previous Batman games will feel instantly familiar with this version. The biggest new feature, as well as a stumbling block for the game, is the integration of the Batmobile. The developers tried to rely a bit too much on the stylized car, and what should have been a fun gameplay device turns into a bit of a chore. The Batmobile also has the ability to turn into a tank, which feels rather out of place in the lexicon of Batman vehicles. Overall, Batman: Arkham Knight is a worthy addition to the Batman legacy.

Rocksteady Back In Control
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I sure am happy Rocksteady is back at the helm of the Batman series. The game feels familiar but new at the same time. Turns out the Batmobile is a great add. I thought it was going to be just a corny throw in but boy was I wrong. The streets of Gotham City feel a little too small for the Batmobile though.

Excellent End to an Excellent Series
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Phenomenal game, it looks and plays wonderfully. The game is varied enough and you feel like Batman. The Batmobile is kind of annoying at times, but it's still fun enough to mitigate the problem. 5/5

Wonderful next-gen game
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've always been a fan of the "Arkham" game series. I played (and completed story mode) for Arkham Asylum. I did purchase Arkham City and played maybe 50% of the story mode before getting bored and moving on to something else. It was a good game, but seemed like a lot of the same stuff. Arkam Knight does a good job of letting you take control of Batman again while making it seem new and fresh--not the same stuff we were doing in the previous games. The addition of the Batmobile really breathes new life into the game, and the graphics on PS4 are amazing. I've read that there were some issues with this game on the PC, but I can confirm that none of these issues are present on the PS4. Great game!

Another great Batman game!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The ability to drive the Batmobile really took this game over the top. The graphics are amazing, story line is deep and engaging, and there is enough to do ALL THE TIME. In fact, there is almost too much to do. If you love completing riddles, there are over 200 in hidden locations around the HUGE open world map. A map which you are able to freely roam from the start of the game (although not with your batmobile by your side) without having to "unlock" it. Fighting style remains the same with a few new tweaks to the moves to make it look cooler. I thought it would be difficult to operate the batmobile after watching the trailers, but it is actually really easy to operate. They did a great job.

Best Batman Yet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Batman: Arkham Knight is the ultimate Batman video game experience. The story is a phenomenal continuation and the cast was brilliant. I was all smiles as a certain character unexpectedly popped up!

Great addition to series
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love all 3 prior arkham games (even origins). This one fits right in. Maybe a little too much reliance on the Batmobile and short on number of boss battles, but the story and combat are awesome.

Almost excellent (PS4)
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's the first week this game has been out and it's good, but Asylum and City made for some -very- high expectations. Regarding quality, it falls below any of it's Rocksteady predecessors, as it has a lot of glitches while I did not experience one in any of the previous versions. It does not connect to PSN leaderboards, the main character already froze on me once, I've had to try more than once for Batman to interact with something (press X) a few times. And regarding gameplay, going through it does not help in getting a feel for the city as you have to move fast between different points in the city. You do a lot of moving around in the Batmobile, which I hate to say, I dont like. The steering is clumsy and the physics not good at all. It would have been good to use for a mission or two, but you are on it a lot, and for me is not a good expercience. Most importantly I feel that the combat system took a step backwards, and the controls in general, and are not as good as the past two versions. This, plus the Batmobile= minus 1 star.

A visual masterpiece despite its flaws
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a gorgeous game. From the get go I had to stop and take multiple screenshots of Gotham City. But once the luster wanes, Batman: Arkham Knight is a fun game with many flaws, especially the Batmobile combat. The last 1/3 of the game focuses too heavily on the Batmobile, the puzzles are not well constructed, and the side quests have little to no bearing on the actual state of Gotham. This is a side effect of losing the forest for the trees. There are too many individual elements in this game that simply don't mix well together. When you're Batman, fighting on the streets or grappling through Gotham Arkham Knight reaches enormous highs. But the botched main villain and "hidden" ending are only two more examples of the lows that can't quite make up for an otherwise great 20 hours as the Caped Crusader.

Best batman game period!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In the explosive finale to the Arkham series, Batman faces the ultimate threat against the city he is sworn to protect. The Scarecrow returns to unite an impressive roster of super villains, including Penguin, Two-Face and Harley Quinn, to destroy The Dark Knight forever. Batman: Arkham Knight introduces Rocksteady's uniquely designed version of the Batmobile, which is drivable for the first time in the franchise. The addition of this legendary vehicle, combined with the acclaimed gameplay of the Batman Arkham series, offers gamers the ultimate and complete Batman experience as they tear through the streets and soar across the skyline of the entirety of Gotham City.

Best of the trilogy by far
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There's so much to do in this game. Like a ridiculous amount. None of it of the boring fetch quest variety though. Graphics are top notch along with the story. Can't go wrong with this one.

Great game for anybody who love's the bat
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What a great game!!! The graphic's are great and the story is excellent. One of the reason's arkham asylum and arkham city were great was the acting. Well in this game the trend continue's.
