Lacking a Hook

Feels like they tried to add too many features and didn't really focus on making the gameplay stand out.

Mission dynamics and sequences seem to be repetitive. Its an open world game but when you're only fighting the same thugs over and over and blowing up the same vehicles, exploration isnt very interesting. So 3 stars from me for this game in May 2022.
