    The customer representative was very helpful in explaining the game to my son and daughter. he also was recommending other games that would be kid friendly for my daughter. He also explained how to set up the x-box one because i was having problems starting the game. i had the cable not connected correctly.

    the game is alright in terms of gameplay, but the story seems a bit forced to try and tie things together in the universe of the game. That would be ok, but its kind of boring too. Its a good rental, but not worth the full price tag. That said, the Mr Freeze DLC is pretty fantastic.
