You should probably purchase Arkham Asylum or City before Origins, as those are both much better games. But this one's alright still. It'll keep your interest long enough. Just keep your expectations adequately checked.

the game is pretty good. is you played the last 2 you will like this one. it is very similar to the last game. the replay value is the multiplayer mode & the challenge maps.

So complex and interesting you can just get so caught up in it, and you never want to stop. I really recommend this game, it a fabulous choice.

I love the Batman Arkham series on Xbox 360. This one just add another great game to the collection. I would definitely this game to anyone.

I was a little concerned about this Arkham release after the two epics that preceded it, and this being marketed as a prequel with a new voice cast. However after playing the game it stood up very well on it's own. I really like that game takes place during the Christmas season which makes it a great game to revisit. Also Mr. Freeze DLC that is available for the game is really good as well.

son teen is really enjoying playing this game. wouldn't put it down until he got to certain points.

A great game in one of the best series of last generation.

This game is a good game with a very good Batman story. It flows well, has a better city map, and a good fast travel system. The main problem is a few technical bugs including lock ups, stuck enemies, and a few glitches during predator sequences. For fans of the series or the characters, it's a great game

This game has potential as the story isn't bad. However, there are several glitches in the game that makes this game hard to enjoy. The biggest glitch is the Corrupt Save. After several hours of game play for no reason at all gamers receive a corrupt save message and have to restart the game over. Numerous gamers have reported these issue on Arkhamorigins.com community site, but the WB is ingoring the issue's. Unless you can purchase this game for $20 or less, I recommend finding another game.

My oldest grandson loves Batman so this was the perfect gift for him

I bought this game for my boyfriend who has owned, played and loved the other Batman games prior to this one. The only reason I scored this game low is because we could not get it to work. The first disc was not being recognized by the xbox. I exchanged the game for a brand new disc and the same problem presented itself. After troubleshooting with Microsoft to determine if it was the system or not we were told to contact WB, the maker of the game. They ultimately sent us a brand new copy but by that time we had purchased and xbox one and are no longer able to play the game at all. I'm not sure if others have experiended this problem but this circumstance has only happened with this Batman game and not a any other game that we had purchased in the past.

There are bugs that prevent game completion under certain circumstances. Some have been fixed, or altered slightly to be less prevalent, but others continue, all while the company has publically stated they will likely no longer be addressing these game-breaking issues. Oh, but they are working on DLC, so feel free to continue to reward their lack of stewardship and execution, just understand you are asking for broken products now, as well as into the future. If you can't even finish the game because it is broken, none of the niceties matter. If it is ever fixed, it may be worth your time, especially for fans of Batman or the Arkham series. But only if it's fixed, which is looking unlikely. Vote with your wallet - only get this at inventory clearing prices, and expect to get out of it what you paid for - a $5-10 experience that had much greater ambitions but was mismanaged and plagued by corner cutting.
