Great Movie that i purchased for only less than $2

Great movie in the Batman series. Kids will love it

The Dark Knight Returns is a classic story that translate very true to the comic book. The movie visuals are great and the acting is good but the story just not translate well and is a bit slow and boring. Hoping the part II is much more exciting.

I hated jokers voice and they lame way they had his character I like to get these when they are a decent price but don't think these should be any more then $10

Good movie. But I haven't watched it yet. I just need enough points to get my next reward.

An average adaptation of the classic graphic novel.

This is probably one of the better adaptations out right now. The fact that they did not try and stuff it all into one movie has it's good points and bad points. You will get much more detail doing it over several movies but you will have to wait unti next year for the next installment. Also they will more than likely come out with an entire boxed set a few months after the last chapter comes out. But don't wait for that to happen it is too good of a movie for that!

I will have to say that I Love all of these films as I state throughout my reviews of all of these DC animations, and animations in general. This film is Jay Oliva's Greatest Work. A diamond in the Rough. I mean really really GREAT, like all the other DC comic animated movies. The feel of this rivals the live action Chris Nolan Batman films. Such a Great Job really! Phenomenal. Fans need to Buy the Entire DC animated collection. I am a Harsh critic about these movies and yet these keep getting my purchases!

OK, this story is based on an aging Bruce Wayne in a crumbling Gotham. He hasn't been "The Batman" for ten years. But with the rising gang problems he is forced out of retirement to exact his form of vigilante justice. This is the just beginning of an awesome story.

One of the best Batman animations in the last few years, stuck to the plot pretty well. Only wish they had Kevin Conroy from BTAS do his voice, he's by far the best.

I enjoyed this film from beginning to end. The best film ever based on a comic book adaptation. A must buy for Batman fans.

Not familiar with original story but Batman fan and purchased based on other reviews. Overall very entertaining for any Batman fan and second part is even better. Can be purchased now as one set.

A movie is different and actors to. Bruce Timm does amazing work so you know it's good.

An old and out of the game Bruce Wayne is forced back into action when Gotham is being threatened. A great story following the return of Batman.

TDKR is one of the all time classic Batman stories and this film adapts it almost perfectly. Part 2 is the better movie though.

This is a great video story of Frank Miller's legendary Dark Knight tale.
