Two powerfully popular comic book characters in a terrible flick with a "meh" score...Bad!!!...Wonder Woman's theme is the saving grace of this project...Ironically...She is the best part of the flick.

I purchased the soundtrack based on a few samples from ITunes, hoping that the cacophany of drums were only a small part, and samples had just picked those moments. Sad to say, the drums crowd out any melody that might have been present. While "Men are Still Good" and "Is She with You?" contain new thematic material, the rest of the album, like the movie itself, is something of a mess. I think that from now on, I'll be avoiding any superhero scores by Junkie XL, and hope that warner Bros. decides to chose someone else to score the upcoming DC Universe movies.

No where near the quality of the Man of Steel soundtrack but still good. The slower tracks are very good as is the WW reveal track. But all-in-all just okay

Some powerful, emotionally driven music. Some good reuse of Superman themes, and some good scoring for Batman....but nothing truly memorable.

Not great, but decent. You get some great bonus stuff with the deluxe edition. It is a good purchase if you are a huge DC Comics fan.

I always like Hans Zimmer's scores, but this one isn't as good as the ones he did for the Dark Knight Trilogy or Man of Steel.

I enjoyed the music in the movie so I wanted the soundtrack.

This was the special edition of the Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice soundtrack (2-disc set). Having purchased the Man of Steel soundtrack, I expected this one to be dark and monotonous as well. The second disc only had a few selections on it. Overall, not worth the price.

Expected a bit more from the master supreme score-ist Hans Zimmer

Maybe it should be called Hans Zimmer V. Junkie XL... There are two different styles apparent in the music which fit our two "fighters" greatly. We've grown accustomed to having a general expectation of what Batman's dark sounds should be and this is no expectation. Now with the Superman notes, they're more somber than what they were in MOS. Now flaws aside in the movie (and oooh how there are plenty), there are plenty of things that worked, and the score is one of the more positive qualities. I'm not too much of a fan of the Lex Luthor notes nor the Wonder Woman theme, but I still listen to them to take it in sometimes. Hearing this music alone makes me think further on how there's a good movie trapped inside a bad movie here! While Hans is leaving the superhero genre, I'm eager to find out what else JXL will be doing in the future. Oh! The poster inside is a nice touch.

Most of the tracks are great! Some not so much but overall worth it. Do you bleed?
