Fun and entertaining single player campaign. Most people will get this game for the multiplayer player though. Great game!

I played Battlefield 1942 many years ago on the PC and I loved it. Having played almost all of the Battlefield games since, I found the console versions were missing something. The folks at EA must have thought the same thing because Battlefield is back and better than ever. Large maps with lots of players and fast pulse pounding action. This is the fun I remember about Battlefield. I hope they continue this trend and revisit the other theaters of other wars. Great game, highly recommended.

The campaign is short but sweet. The online play is a blast and there is such a wide variety of options you cant go wrong.

Definately worth the buy....multi-player is sweet, and there's not a lot you can't do, it's very realistic and intense, just with the single player mode was longer as I prefer to play the story mode.

This game is by far better than the new COD. Bigger maps, more realistic, more players in a match, just about everything you can think of. Love the WWI setting, made it very real for the time period

I purchased this game for my 22 year old son and he has been very pleased. Great graphics and realism.

Battlefield has always been the better looking shooter, it just looks more realistic. This year's game they tweaked the controls and it feels good, and similar to COD, to me anyways. Now I just finished playing Battlefront, and when I played this it felt like they took Battlefront and just added this skin over it and called it Battlefield, that's my opinion. I hate how sometimes the game will start you off at one end of the map instead of in the middle, takes forever when all the fighting is on the other side. And to me it just seems chaotic, like you don't see your enemy till it's to late or at all. For me that's not fun, it's annoying. Maybe it's me, but I'm not that much of a shooter.

The years of over saturating the market with world war shooters has been long behind but with many fans clamoring for a next Gen world war shooter Dice has answered the call. Battlefield 1 does a phenomenal job with the WW1 Era and it feels like you are right in the middle of it all. From the campaign to the vast multiplayer visuals and sounds are the game changer with BF 1, if you are on the fence with this purchase well you should hop on over and see it for yourself. 9/10

This game can keep you entertained for hours! Graphics amazing, campaign amazing, multiplayer ridiculously amazing.

Massive battles (64 players on a server!), and best of all... BOOTS ON THE GROUND!! If you've gotten tired of the CoD "boosting" and "flying" mess, definitely pick up Battlefield 1. The series returns FPSs to their roots. Though the sounds of the game weren't up to expectations (I expected sounds like those in Medal of Honor), the sounds of battle are still very pronounced. I bring up Medal of Honor because that game just SOUNDED terrific. BF1 however does not disappoint.

I have played a lot of first person shooter games and I was very impressed with the historical era that this game presented as well as the graphics of this game. I showed it to a couple of friends and they could not believe the realism of the game. The gameplay is not easy however. I enjoy the Call of Duty series and I find that the general game mechanics are much easier to pick up and master versus this one. The game is not much fun when you die a lot at first and it takes awhile to become somewhat proficient. My only other complaints are the lack of split screen capability and the points and boxes that you earn are not worth anything except a skin for your weapon.

This game is pretty good. The graphics are great, the fighting is good just as the other BF games. Fighting tanks and Air vehicles in this game is much harder- due to the time period but eh gotta get over that haha. I haven't tried much of the campaign so I can't speak on that much but i still have a really good time while playing this online with my buddies on Multiplayer. I would recommend as it is still a good game to burn some gaming time with some buddies!

So glad i picked up this game. The SP is actually good and as always the MP is outstanding. Totally recommend it

The campaign of the game was very good, involving 3-dimensional characters the series has not seen for a while. The multiplayer was very original, and packs hundreds of hours of gameplay.

Best battlefield yet, amazing graphics, good environment modifications from battles, great first player stories.

The single player campaign is one of the better ones I have played. Visually it's a beautiful game. Online multiplayer is geared for run and gun with some long distance sniping thrown in
