    I have been playing Battlefield since Battlefield 2, and I am getting more and more disappointed by the quality that EA puts out. This game focuses less on team play and more on the individual achievement than prior installments. I do not mind individual progress, but just not in a game that markets itself as a team-play focused game. Also modes such as Rush are now gone. I will say this for the game though; I do like that EA is learning from their mistakes and they have abolished the seasons passes and DLC which separates the players based on their monetary value instead of their dedication to the game. This was a bold move and I hope other developers take note.

    The campaign is a great alternative to Call of Duty games. The multiplayer is basically what it's been for the past few years: map after map of centrally located choke points. If you're a Battlefield fan, you'll like this game. If not, it might still be worth a try just for the single player experience.
