Customers are saying
Customers praise Battlefield V's excellent gameplay, immersive maps, and the generally positive reception of its action-packed nature. While some found the campaign to be short, many appreciated the game's realism and considered it a good value for the price. Concerns were raised regarding the presence of bugs and a perceived lack of content at launch, particularly within the single-player experience. The difficulty level also proved divisive, with some players finding it challenging.

Best Battlefield of the series
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Battlefield is the best of the series and I am a HUGE fan of it. It is a new game, so there are a few things that need to be fixed, but overall, it is worth getting especially for $39.99 (no brainer).

Great Fun for short games
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I pretty much only play multiplayer so I have no opinion on the campaign. The Team Death Match is really fun. Kills are satisfying and the game is pretty exciting running around and trying not to get hit. I like hiding and sneaking up on people. It's a fun time. I know there's a lot of social politics around the game but if you just play it for what it's worth, it's pretty fun. Especially while it's so cheap!

Very Bad Campaign
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been trying to play through the first War Story campaign "Under No Flag", and managed to run past countless enemies in the first chapter. Like I think I skipped a dozen gunfights by just running to the airplane hangar. Now I'm going solo destroying radio towers. The problem is that random enemies across the map that I haven't even seen yet are killing me. Literally bullets from all sides and nothing to help guide me, or even provide much cover. The melee system has a weird glitch too where you sometimes end up on the ground in prone position. I tried sneaking instead of shooting, and enemies will just do full 180 spins sometimes if I sneak up on them. And if a single bullet is fired, then the swarm of AI enemies from all corners of the map come to kill me. It's not fun, and I don't feel like continuing the single player mode. EA keeps talking about how players don't like Campaign modes, but when they do such a horrible job then it's obvious why that's the case. Also, one of the 4 campaign chapters isn't available yet.

Great multiplayer fun
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very easy to play and the story mode is fun. A lot of options for multiplayer which allows you to play the matches you want. $30 it is a steal.

Disappointing Single Player
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you're buying this for the single player, you're going to be disappointed. Four stories, one that won't unlock until 12/4. The "story" behind each of them is good and gives some historical background.

Not worth the Buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's not a horrible game but the thing is that it's losing what made battlefield great. First the amount of weapons that you can choose in between is incredibly limited. Second attachments are now basically cosmetics there are no merits to equipping things on to your weapon. You don't get less recoil, better hip fire, larger range, nothing but changing your sight which as well has been purely comsetic. The maps are still quite big but gameplay now feels much more like call of duty more purposed to higher fast paced game. It's extremely different to Battlefield 3, 4, and 1. It all feels rushed and honestly boring after a couple of days. Really wouldn't recommend if you're trying to get the authentic Battlefield style of game.

what a mess
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What a boring campaign. Very funny main character's sounds :) Also, this game shouldn't position itself as WWII game. "This is a game and shouldn't be historically accurate" - those are the kind of events shouldn't be making fun of. Good luck with finding a better game :D

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You thought Battlefield 1 was short. This Battlefield is way shorter and less interesting. Wait till this game goes on sale. The campaign is pure disappointment!

This game is Liberal propaganda
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Feminazis and low T count soy boys love this game but to the normal person who has half a brain can see that EA is trying to put the wool over the eyes of its loyal fan base. This game fails on every level spectacularly in historical accuracy.
