I bought this for my 10 year old work SUV. I installed it on the bumper cover and wired it to the rear light assembly. Easy hookup. Although it is not as clear as a direct wired camera it is good enough to see what's behind you.

Degree camera is an amount with relatively good depth perception. Trickiest part is just figuring out where you want it to be placed. Play simple to power wires in place the broadcaster as close to your gps as you can.

Got this for my husband so he would have a backup camera. Works well but I don't recommend installing if you don't know what you are doing.

I have a 2014 Ford Transit Connect. It is a cargo van with out windows on the sliding doors or the rear doors. I use this for deliveries. Before I got this backup camera. I had a hard time backing up.

This camera is far better than what came in my Acura 2016 MDX-SH-AWD. The clarity is many times better, the auto light dimming works better. Very happy with my purchase!

Bought the unit to see behind 25ft trailer. Best thing tool to have. Mounted the camera to license plate as per instructions. Mounted the transmitter to the front frame. I bougt extra 15 foot fiber optic cable to connect to together. The instructions said transmiter broadcast 45ft.and it does. I probably didn't need the extra cable but it worked to get the best mount. I powered it from the trailer battery with a switch. The instutions metion professional installation. Not necessary if you are not hooking to your backup light power source

The back up camera would work better if it had a shield of some sort on top of it. Rain and snow distorts the view.

I bought the Garmin Drivesmart 61. The Garmin backup camera blue tooths into the Garmin screen. Great coverage when backing up. Do not have to worry about hitting anybody when I back up.

Although the unit is good at what it does (being a set of eyes behind ) it is a bit more on the installation than an average Joe like me really wants to participate in.

Love having a backup camera in my older car. It works day and night with the GPS screen as soon as I put the car in reverse. Great after market addition to my Garmin GPS.

I love this GPS with the back up camera. It is so so easy to use and set up. The camera is very clear. The directions the GPS gives you are so clear and accurate. Would recommend it to everyone.

Bought a Garmin GPS and the BC30 backup camera for my 30 ft motorhome it works great I was worried that the distance and struture would bother it but no problem I now have eyes when I need to back up

I bought a new vehicle that was a basic model. Adding the back up camera cost less than buying a more advanced model vehicle with a back up camera pre installed.

it synced with my garmin effortlessly......camera angle extends view 4ft on ether side of the back of truck....picture could be a little more clear but does the job

It really helps me when backing up with my enclosed trailer. Very clear and good quality.

Installer at Best Buy in Tampa was awesome. Clean installation. He explained why the way I originally wanted it done was not the best way to do it. Went with his advice... works perfectly.

so far so good, seems to work well. It takes a little getting use to however, I have never used a back up camera before. I have not figured out how to register the item however?

we purchased this on a spur of the moment. Prefect addition to my truck. The hardest part of the hookup was figuring out the wiring in my vehicle. After that it was a breeze.
