I absolutely love my Beats Flex earbuds! This is my second pair. I recently lost my first set and couldn’t wait to buy another. They’re such an important part of my daily life because I love my music, especially when it sounds good. And these deliver! They’re super comfortable, and the sound feels like I’m sitting in a concert stadium. The price is fantastic for the quality you get. Honestly, you receive so much more than what you pay for. When calls come through, the clarity is amazing, and the noise cancellation is surprisingly good for this price range. I’d recommend the Beats Flex to anyone who loves music and wants that concert-like sound without breaking the bank. These earbuds have great sound, connect easily to my devices and don't give me headaches. The color helps me keep track of them in a house full of youth and their gear. Plus, there's no extra charging case to lose.

Reliable battery life and good sound. Second pair after I accidentally left them in my pocket and washed the first pair. Lol. Was a no brainer to get another pair.

Best beats earbuds in my opinion. I use these for work mainly since I work in a loud environment. Easily accessible around the neck with the play/pause feature, the battery doesn’t drain. I do use them almost throughout an 8hr shift, I can easily get 16 hours without charge. The sound quality is perfectly crisp with a solid bass.

They sound fine. Still holding up. It's for my 15 year old daughter. I was a bit disappointed in the sound and bass. But I'm used to jabra earbuds. She did say her cheaper earbuds were better for music. But they stay around her neck and they are cute. So she's still using non stop, a month and a half later. Good for teens who lose earbuds or have them fall out.

Overall great. Sound quality and microphone for calls are good. My voice seems more clear in calls than previous cheaper brands I’ve had. The ear buds won’t stay in for activity, they’re best for sitting or walking only, and tend to fall out during my day to day home & childcare activities (and forget about jogging). I modified them with some old ear bud covers and they stay a bit better now. They’re probably excellent for office use. I do love the neck cord & that they pause what you’re listening to when they magnet together because I frequently have to switch from calls to free ears and I know I’d lose ear buds without a cord.

This type of earbud is more comfortable for my ears for some reason so I use them much more than my wireless ones. I had the prior version of these which lasted me a couple of years. No complaints so far. Battery life is very good & they charge fast. Super easy to connect to my devices also.

I loved these headphones! Unfortunately, they are no longer working. I have no idea why they quit working….when they did work they were amazing with good sound quality and the best noise cancellation I have ever experienced with a set of headphones! The battery life far exceeded my expectations and the battery life of all my AirPods! I sure wish theses would have lasted longer! I have two pair- one for work and one for home. The yellow pair no longer work but my black pair are still going strong. I think the yellow pair must have been a dud!

Fantastic! With being around the neck I am happy that I dont have to worry about them falling out of my ear and losing them. As usual Beats sound amazing

These earphones are great. They link with my iphone, ipad, imac, and kindle without any issues. They sound like much more expensive earphones. Also the battery lasts longer than most, and re-charges faster than the other brands.

Love these earbuds, I’ve been using them for many years and I still find them the most flexible easy to carry headset with the best sound I’ve ever owned!

Here's the deal...I had been through two pairs of BeatsX - they generally last about 2 years each. When my second pair went out, I got online to order my third pair and was incredibly disappointed that they stopped making them but replaced them with the Beats Flex. BIG EYE ROLL! I struggled with these things the first month because I thought that the BeatsX were perfect, so why fix perfect? After a month of usage, I realized the BeatsX weren't perfect and the Flex was their attempt to fix the things that I didn't know needed improved. From a daily user, here is what I can tell that is different... 1) Battery life is much better. 2) Answer the phone is easy, just remove from magnet and place in your ear. BeatsX required you to remove magnet, place in your ear, and then press the answer button. 3) Music starts and stops automatically, based upon what you were doing previous, just by activating the magnet. It's so user-friendly. BeatsX didn't have anything like this. 4) The location of the on/off and volume buttons are in a location that is so much better than the BeatsX - a little closer to your neck. I do have one feature that I feel the BeatsX is superior to the Beats Flex. The lightning cable vs. the USB-c port for charging. I guess Beats is trying to make this an item that users of other phones and equipment will want to buy for their system. WHO CARES ABOUT THOSE USERS!?! BeatsX was made specifically for Apple and one of the best features is not having to have 18 cables to charge it, we can use the lightning cable to charge our phones, ipads, earbuds, etc. Now I have to remember to bring ANOTHER stupid charger. Yes, I know it's minor, but it is quite annoying. Overall, if I would've answered this survey a month ago, you would've seen far different responses, but I am VERY pleased with the Flex and intend to buy another set someday...

I love these. I use them mostly at work to listen to music. I also use to talk on the phone when I’m in the car. They keep a charge for at least 2 days for me. I never lose them because they are hanging around my neck. Comfortable in ears and great sound quality!

I highly recommend these wireless ear buds, They fit comfortably in my ears and the sound on these are amazing. The battery life on these ear buds is wonderful they can last me a long time and get me through my shifts at work they are worth the money.

Im old fashioned. I believe in corded headphones. These are Bluetooth to boot. There are other more expensive ones, but the sound quality on these is up there with the other name brands plus, the price is very reasonable. Love the easy set up. Have my phone and MP3 player set up with them. Last about 10 hour on 1 charge, does not take long to recharge. Easy to reach Adjusting volume controls on the cord. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love these Beats Flex earbuds. No risk of losing them if they pop out. Noise cancellation, battery life and sound quality are also great. I sometimes wish I can make the sound level louder than the max, but Beats is probably saving my hearing.

These things are easy to set-up/pair. I have big ears and these fit very well. Thet never fall out. Besides all that they sound great with music and phone calls. I like these better than the Powerbeats Pro. Would totally recommend these.

Love This!!! I had been looking for a lightweight, but powerful and flexible headset and this checks all of the boxes. I can hear clearly and its sleek design fits perfectly around my neck. Sometimes I forget I'm wearing them, until my phone rings, lol.
