Unreliable POC

Exchanged it for a new unit and 3 weeks after, the 2nd unit didn't want to charge at all. These will be my first and last Beats purchases. Stay away.

The wire is extremely stiff. I had these exact earbuds and loved them. Not sure why these are so poor quality.

It has to lay just right around the neck or else it's very awkward and uncomfortable. The sound is just ok. I expected more from Beats but I guess you have to pay the $200+ now to get a decent set of headphones.
