Sound is okay. But the wire connecting the sides together is so stiff that it will pull the earphones out of the ear. That is very annoying. I returned, can't use if always falling/ or being pulled out of ear

First of all.. I bought two of this product. One of them has already stopped working. The sound quality is not good at all. I’m very disappointed with the performance of this product.

I had these Beats Flex wireless headphones for a few weeks and all of sudden they would not turn on even with a full charge. I returned them and bought another brand of wireless earphones.

Not as good as the original beats. But for the price it’s okay

[Employee of bestbuy] The thick rubber keeps crossing int front, rubbing against volume and off/on mechanism. It is really noisy and not easy to turn off or on.

The sound was abysmal. Absolutely no bass whatsoever. They sounded very tinny. Frankly I was shocked. My $25 set of Sony earbuds had vastly superior bass response.

The worst I ever bought wasted money didn’t turn on nor could connect to my phone and it would not stay on and it isn’t worth the money it was a wasted of $50 I would not recommend this one at all for beats this is the worst

Do not buy! They do not last! I have had 3 pair (kept exchanging) and they don’t last. They do sound good, but don’t last long!

The sound was decent not all that great. Returned for beats.

These were not very good.They did not stay in my ears.

If you are just listening to music they are work fine, if you want to use them for answering a phone call and use the mic they are very poor, A lot of feedback and if the cord rubs on anything and doesn't pick up your voice well.

Perfect for what they are... phone quality is just okay

Some of my favorite headphones for quality and comfortability until they does not even 3 months into use. I have never had headphones crap out so quickly in my life. Feels like a huge rip off.

Poor connectivity, not sure if because they come from Bestbuy or it's just these specific beats have issue with sound and connectivity...

$60 for The the overated beat earbuds are not worth it. Does not feel secure when in your ear and the sound….heh save up and get better earbuds

I purchased these last august, so I have had them almost a year. I went to charge them and they stopped charging and working all together. I was very surprised by that.

The battery life is terrible on these and even if I charge them don't use them for a few days when I go to use them they're dead

Not as advertised. The battery life doesn't even come close to 12 hours. I would say roughly 7 hours, tops. I would return them but I can't seem to find wireless headphones that can last my whole shift at work.

The headphones do not stay powered very long, even if not in use. My previous headphones would keep a charge for days when not in use. However, I MUST charge these daily.
