Sound is good but fit is bad

I tried all the different size ear pieces and haven’t been able to find one that stays in. The sound in these is fine but the fit doesn’t work for me.

Horrible! They don’t even give you a charger

Never have I bought an Apple product that I couldn’t use right out of the box. I’d have to go back to the store and buy the piece that goes into the outlet. I bought two, one for me and a second one as a gift. I’m returning both. Thanks for nothing, Dr. Dre.

Crap!

Bought these as a Christmas present and they were dead out of the box. We tried all troubleshooting options and nothing worked. Overall very frustrating and disappointing. Apparently Dr. Dre doesn't want his "affordable option" to be successful.

Stop working right side earphone

I went to best buy for that, but they said It's only 15 days warranty. I'm huge fan of Beats headphones. But this time really disappointing.

Eartips too small

They keep falling out of my ears. It didn't help with the weight of the two controls kept tucking on the earphones.

I’m highly disappointed especially after spending almost $75 dollars on a pair of headphones. PLEASE DONT WASTE MONEY!! Apparently this is a known issue with these earphones!
