    Worked fine on the the first battery cycle, but after recharging it wouldn't turn on again. Also, audio quality has dropped significantly for Beats. I do NOT recommend.

    I picked these up July 11 to have on a vacation in Europe. Totally quit working after 1 week. I got back august 8 and can’t return them! Do not buy from Best Buy

    I thought for this product it was going to sound great but it was average. I returned the item too because it was stay charged long. Might of been a faulty product.

    Poor quality. I purchased two of these, one for my wife and one for myself and they both broke after one year of use. Would not recommend this product.

    Waste... terrible sound quality and keep falling out of ear.... should have returned it but easier to toss it.... would not recommend!!

    Purchased them on November 2nd and exactly one month later they stopped working. Used them only once a week to connect to class via zoom on my phone, so I only used them 4 times and charged them twice! Returned them ASAP.

    Impossible to keep these in your ear. Everytime you turn your head they come out. No wonder they were on sale.

    They don't stay charged for long. I don't even have to use them and they die. Im not very happy with the battery life.
