Great for music not so much for talking

Love them. Only issue is phone calls. Picks up background noises and makes it hard for the person on the other line to have a conversation

Great headsets for what I use them for

I use them by connecting to my laptop. They are my audio for music, videos etc, but mainly I use them for WebEx and Zoom meetings. They work very well for conference calls of that nature. When fully inserted in the ear they really block out noise, even though they are not truly noise canceling headsets. While on calls I have had people come to my desk and they have to usually tap my shoulder to get my attention. The reason I bought the second set is because I work at home and the office. I got tired of forgetting them at once place or the other. Now I have a pair at home and the office. :-) My only complaint would be, while on a call you have to be very careful of the mic especially if wearing a shirt with a collar. If you move around too much it can lead to some rubbing "static" on the call that can be annoying for those on the call with you.

The sound is clear and what I expect from the brand. I’ve had issues with them switching connections between my phone and car, but otherwise, they’re a good product.
