The wife loves it. Call voice and sound quality is superb. She likes the overall sound for music and movies from her laptop via BT. She has it on her neck 24/7. You could say it's the best necklace I ever bought her.

Pretty good sound quality, battery doesn't seem to last long, can be uncomfortable to wear.

The sound is top notch and highly recommend, however the microphone is too sensitive and registers substantial rubbing noise which can be over baring and interrupting.

Bought them for my lil brother and he likes them . Good sound at an affordable price. Ended up buying a second pair.

I like this it’s cool and safe not like the iPod I got I washed them many times in my working scrubs but this one I remember to take them off my neck

I loved them I don't have to have my phone in my hand to answer calls, I can drive safely, exercise without having to worry about having my phone in my hand

They are very comfortable and have good sound, without a doubt for the price they are an excellent option but the microphone for calls is not good.

Worst headphones I have ever owned and I have purchased dozens of headphones . They don’t stay in your ear if you move at all or if you chew at all. Can answer a phone call on them and they switch off of the call to my phone. Won’t link up to my phone automatically about 50% of the time. They sound mid at best. I would never recommend someone buy these or keep them as a gift.

I have very small ear canals so it's incredibly difficult to find earbuds that will stay in my ears, especially when I'm working out, but these do the trick. The sound quality is excellent and I love the fun color, which matches my phone.

We bought two sets as gifts and the sound and comfort is great. My Kids love them. They hang around the neck nicely.

Great heafphones.they could be a little louder but they are loud enough to do outside work like mowing the lawn and comfortable

I bought these to replace my Beats X that malfunctioned. Overall sound quality was good, but I feel like the microphone placement on this new Flex model is poorly designed and ends up rubbing against your clothing which causes scratchy audio for whomever you're speaking with. Ultimately, after using them for a couple of work calls/meetings, I ended up returning them and upgrading to AirPod Pro's.
