    Battery doesn’t last as long for it being a beats product. Don’t like that there is no warranty we can purchase in the store.

    Stopped working, wouldn’t charge or turn on. I made the mistake of removing them from my phone to try to completely reset them. Now Apple won’t warranty them.

    Out of the box I was disappointed that there was no charger to enable me to use them after the brief charge that it had on it. As for the sound quality I found it average as compared to other headsets I have had, eg. LG, Mpow. Will probably look elsewhere when needing another set
