Battery doesn’t stay charged for long

I would've been upset had I paid the regular price for these earphones. They are average at best and the sale price should be the everyday price in my opinion.

Beats Flex Unhappy Customer

Everyone says they can hear all my background noise and it’s so loud to them it’s obnoxious. Also calls get dropped for no reason and I can’t hear them or they can’t hear me whenever my roomate is close by. So either he hacked into them or he paired to them without me knowing it and somehow either has admin or primary control if that’s a thing. Not sure if I can factory reset them and unpair his phone remotely. Terrible purchase. Feedback of any sort would be appreciated.
