    Tge noise cancelling properties could be better. Background noises can be amplified to the listener.

    After the initial charge, worked out for a 3 times with them before charging again. After the second charge there was loss of Bluetooth connection to my watch and then more red flags. Simply put, I ended cutting my loss after realizing BB didn't allow replacement coverage at time of purchase (for obvious reasons) & throw them away. JBL REFLECT MINI 2 is the best by far imo. I only gave two stars because of the fact it linked to watch and provided me with 3 workouts of sound. Thanks beats, but never again.

    If the device it connected to is off, the earphones will still drain the battery. You can't switch it off then. So you have to switch off the earphones first, then switch of the device such as laptop.

    Disappointed in these. We had them for 10 months and the wire was showing. Prior one side stopped working.i was disappointed with the quality.

    My boyfriend uses these for the gym. They are noise cancelling and he loves them. They don’t get in the way either. I got this along with the regular best headphones.
