Headphones have stopped working within 6 months of use. They only provide sound to one side now. Loooking into getting them replaced, just not sure what with. Sound quality was amazing for those 6 months tho. Even previous review had mixed emotions about them after 6 months or so.

Not as good as my Beats X, but I need something for the train ride so, it will have to do.

These Beats are awful. I feel like I wasted my money. The sound quality for music is the worst I have ever had. When I was at Best Buy the clerk threw away the packaging so I am stuck with them. I now can only use them for watching movies. Next time I will order B*se for better sound quality.

I loved the comfort and the fact the charge life would be 25 hour unfortunately I had to return them because they were not compatible with my Samsung S9, I could hear people talking to me but they could not hear me. Everyone I tried to talk to said the same thing. There was plenty of hissing noise in the background. I tried everything because I really like them. It works perfectly for an apple phone.

Good overall buy battery don't last that long, I be having to recharge at leqst 2 to 3 times a day. My old jvc would last a whole day without a problem.

I got this as a gift for my uncle , he was extremely thrilled fo know aboht the long lastjng charge and numerous hours it can play.

My husband used these for work and he sweat a lot. Had them for about a month and they stop working. But we called for the warranty and they fixed them.

These earphones are easy to pair to cell phone or tablet. It even works on two items at once. The spond is great and easy to use

I got these about a year ago, very light use and recently the sound started messing up and now they have stopped charging. For the price they definitely should’ve lasted longer.

The smallest ear bud option was still too big for my ears. They would not stay in my ears.

The quality is not that good when you use it to make phone calls got alot of complaints about the noise coming out of it while am moving around

The quality sound & neck wear were great just as expected.... but, it stop working after the first week!!!

Overall good product could connect a little faster. Not the most comfortable in-ear fit.

Was inspecting a better sound from this beat devise. Doesn’t have an area where you can adjust the sound whether you want more base or not. Very disappointing and want to return it. It was a birthday gift to my wife and purchase a month before. Stuck with a headset that will not be use. Not happy !!!

Works for the first few weeks then starts trying to connect to everything while playing music.

They work well for hearing music and phone calls. It's some instances of people not being able to hear me and music faded in and out.

I've used Beats in the past, same product without issues. Now, cannot turn on the headphones only 3 months in. Sometimes it disconnected on its own. Will have to find a better option.

Audio quality is average and the earbuds have a very bad fit. The only good thing is the quick connect with iOS devices and multi bluetooth audio feature.
