This headset has sound quality clear Chris and I really enjoying them these are the best headphones earbuds that I've had in a very long time

Great Sound, Ear Buds occasionally fall out of my ears but other wise Good Product

I got these for talking on the phone since I was tired of using wired headphone. First of all it is pretty tricky to pair them with your devices since they only have one button and if you hold it too long it tends to shut down. Another issue is since the wires are on the back for your neck, it tends to have a bit of microphone quality issue. There are occasions where I have to have the wires in front of me in order increase the mic pick up. The volume is mediocre do not expect deep bass or loud if you really feeling the music. Sorry but beats have definitely dropped on quality.

I love Beats Flex almost as much as my Beats X. I used the Beats X for years, until the rechargeable battery died. I am so sad I cannot replace the battery. I watched utube videos and ordered a battery from Amazon, but I could not get the Beats X open as shown in the videos. Sad. The Beats Flex requires a usb-c cord to charge it which is a pain. I do have one, but I have so many more lightning chargers. It was more convenient to charge my Beats X just about anywhere, as I always seem to have a lightning cord handy. I do like having the earbuds connected so I can wear them around my neck. I really do not like the look of white things sticking out of people’s ears, and I’m sure I’d be losing those earbuds frequently.

Great earbuds if you don’t want to break the bank or for everyday use

I purchased these Beats headphones because I love the quality and the sound is amazing. Listening to music or talking on the phone these headphones are great!

These are a nice, less expensive option to the Beats Pro. Although some may not like the wraparound wire, it does not bother me and helps to make sure that the earpiece does not fall out during workouts.

These have great sound quality! My husband loves them due to the cord that keeps them around your neck when not in use. He has lost several ear buds by putting them in his pockets when not in use but these have a magnetic feature that when not in use the buds themselves stick together.

I was afraid they would fall they don't, fit perfect for cycling and exercising.

Great sound and perfect for my 10 year old daughter. They are magnetic and hard for her to lose. She has house of listening time when driving which gives me hours of quiet on long drives

I bought a pair of these to replace some that we thought were lost. I was very impressed with how easy they paired to my iPhone and my iPad. They also allow you to share audio with another person by simply tapping the earpieces together. That is really nice.

Great value for the price. I wish the buttons were a little more distinct to the touch so I can use them without having to look at it. Pairs awesome with iPhone. I love the magnetic ear buds that make a necklace when you take them out. It’s secure and I end up wearing it around my neck all day and forget I have them there till I go to bed.

For the price, these earphones exceed expectations. The audio is excellent and the 12 hour battery life means not worrying about using them for several days without charging. I am not on a noisy environment so the outside noise is not intrusive. Easy to use with good microphone for zoom or calls.

Great sound quality but the wires are a bit stiff and a little uncomfortable.

Simple and good working. Easy to carry around your neck all day if I'm not listening to music or podcasts and can put in my ear easily when I get a phone call. Simple and works like any apple bluetooth headphones across everything quickly.
