Volume ia low, constant hissing sound when playing something, battery mediocre. I went to buy sony but sony sold off, so biught this.

Terrible. Beats X was perfect.

Microphone was terrible as it picked up too much wind or background noise. People on the phone complained about the background noise also. Cheap built, I guess they couldn’t handle the sauna like the beats X did. Bass was terrible. Charging port Type C was a big inconvenience. No warranty was offered when purchased in store so I can’t return these. Do yourself the fav and don’t buy these. If anything I might go back to Bose.

Couldn't Pair to I-phone

Couldn't even get it to b recognized by my phone. So I returned it. Still looking for the earbuds that effectively can be used to make phone calls without background noise being amplified to those on the other end. I even bought the Apple AirBuds Pro that have the same issue of amplifying background noises to those on the other end of phone call. Someone said Sony's are the best with the best ANC (Auto Noise Cancellation)
