Worked great for 6 months and then stopped working. Won't power on or charge now. Thought my Best Buy Total Tech coverage would take care of the issue but they just told me to contact the manufacturer. One star for both Beats and Best Buy.

These were my favorite headphones, they worked for one charge and stopped. Returned them twice for a new pair and both sets did the same. Had to move on to a different brand. The older. Models were solid, got 2 years out of them.

Although lightweight, the do not stay in place. They tangle easy, the charge could be longer and the sound could be better.

Sorry I did not like them, so I took them back for a refund. The design and feel of the product felt a little cheap. I’m not understanding why they want the cheap route.

We bought the “Beats by Dr. Dre - Beats Flex” in may 2021, they stopped working in October 2022. What else to be said…

They suck. Poor sound quality and low volume. Garbage!!!!

Love how easy they are to wear. I’m sad that I don’t hear a strong bass : (

Lost the ability to charge. Great sound. Worrked perfectly for about 2 weeks

They are magnetic which help them not fall off but expected more

I have purchased 2 sets. 1st set was purchased in November 2022 and stopped working in April 2023. I sent them to Apple and they replaced them. Warranty was 1 year. They did not advise as to why they did not work. I purchased a 2 nd set and they lasted about 2 weeks. Returned to best buy. I replaced thoes with Shokz. Lots more money.

I was so happy to use it last one day and I want to charge. It never charge. It was brand new.

I do not recommend these headphones I talk and it falls out of my ear every so often, the battery I need charge every day

Asked how the compare to the Powerbeats 3 and was told the earpieces are the same. I have small ears and they kept falling out. Sadly I had to return them.

I love these headphones but had had to buy at least 8 sets they break within 1 to 2 days it’s actually exhausting. They work for a full day then nothing. Just red light blinks and the ones they work the microphone stops working so I can’t take phone calls on them.

When I was talking to people, the connection kept going in and out.

Beats were great for music but the microphone doesn’t work. Can’t take any work calls through zoom or phone calls using them because the microphone doesn’t work. I’ve had less than a month and cannot exchange because Best Buy only gives you 15 days to return or exchange. Terrible policy on Best Buy’s side.

Worse product ever. Don’t let sweat get inside because they will fry up so fast it’s faster than you knowing how bad it was because of the star it had. It sucks. Take them out of business. Unless. Garbage. But I liked them

Overall ok for the prices. The wiring when hitting each other makes a rough noise.

Looks good and you can use it with glasses however there is eco during the phone calls. it does not go away.

Would not recommend, lasted under a week. Sound quality was ok, until they stopped working.
