    Usb C cord but not usb c compatible charger. Very angry that Apple sells “being environmentally friendly”. You’ll end up having to buy a separate usb c brick and making more packaging mess. Disappointing that they didn’t include a standard usb cable cord that’s more common.

    I love my Beats Headphones… I have air pods but these are much more convenient because they can stay around my neck ..

    Not even a week after I bought them my left side earpiece went fully out. No sound no nothing. I did every troubleshooting advice I found on Apple and nothing went into Apple Store and guess work nothing. They tired everything then asked if I wanted to buy another pair! Why would I buy another pair when these don’t work and the reviews say it happens often. I will just go with another brand at this point. Apple is a joke and these beats started off great and ended as a dud.

    Read reviews on other sites. These will turn off and never come back on. It’s a thing. There is a way to reset it but that works 1% of the time. The other 99% you are out of luck and money.
