    Quit working on the 15th day that they wasn't returnable to the store so now have to contact beats which is horrible both sites and stores are a scam all they want you to do is buy the protection policies

    Horrible headphones especially given the brand. I guess that’s why they’re priced so cheap. No noice cancellation and sound is garbage. Better off getting skull candys.

    Love the battery and feel however, I returned it as it was very very very hard to connect to my apple devices. Every time I picked it up to use it would not connect.

    I really enjoyed these earbuds for the first like 6 days, but for whatever reason a week after buying them they started randomly cutting out while using them.

    Ordered online on June 4th, arrived a few days later. It's now July 7 and they are dead. Cannot get them to turn on, charge, anything. I've been on the phone with Apple trying to figure out warranty because ethe best buy return policy is two weeks so I obviously missed that window. When they worked, I really liked them. The sound quality was great.

    If i could give these no stars i would. They have a defect my headphones stay in pair mode and my phone wont connect EVER! I told best buy about this and it was nothing they could do smh skip these they are a waste of money!!!!!

    Disappointed in these. We had them for 10 months and the wire was showing. Prior one side stopped working.i was disappointed with the quality.
