They were a gift for my wife, she wore them *ONCE* during her triathlon training. The sweat from a 5-mile run and 15-mile bike ride was enough to completely kill the headphones. Poor quality, would not recommend.

I'm not sure if this is because of a design change, but my most recent pair of beats stopped working a week after I got them. I bought 2 others for my dad and brother, and one did not work out of the box, and one stopped working after the initial charge was empty. It used to last about 2 years but not anymore.

It was great while it worked. I bought it on Feb 28 and it stopped working by late June! So if you want a pair that only works for ~3 months go for it.

I like the item, but you can only hear from one ear, and for each one I brought, you can only hear from the right ear.

Brought this product and it died within 3 weeks. No longer a good product.

My first pair lasted 2 years before my child accidentally stepped on them. I bought 2 more and then had to return both because of sound of frequency in both. Than I had to return them 3rd pair because it lasted 2 hours before a shortage while in the gym. It powered off and did not power back on. I don't know if there is a bad batch.

Truly one of the most garbage devices I've ever bought. They refused to hold a charge. Time after time I would charge them only to have them go dead after 30 minutes of listening...or fail to turn on at all. Would not stay in my ears, even after switching out the ear pieces multiple times. The sound was trash - muddy and weak. Seriouly: Do. Not. Buy. These. Headphones.

I run and sweat a lot, Head phones stop working after two weeks of sweat. They also don’t stay in ear if active. However if needed for casual use it’s a good set of head phones. I will return item.

I was disappointed by the sound quality. I wanted them to sound as good as my daughters Airpods Pro but they fell short. There was no bass at all I even tried all of the ear plug sizes hoping for a better fit and sound. I plan to return them soon.

Stopped charging after 3 weeks, so no longer returnable to Best Buy. Completely unusable.

Ever since this company was sold the quality of the beats have gone done. Now they are garbage and do not sound like the beats from 15 years ago.

Not as good as they claim to be I had cheaper Bluetooths that sound better and better battery life Sony xb400 for the win

I bought these they were great for a while until two days after they were non returnable then they got staticky and stopped working I’m very upset because I am out money and I can’t even get a replacement they were a gift for someone who is very special and they turned out to be a disappointment and wasted money

They die very fast. The talk time and listening seems to be very low. I have to charge them very often. Not happy with these.

The product is good but the staffs at the store are not professional. I have to wait about 20 or 30 minutes to be served. When I got this item, I asked them about the charger of it, they said that they did not have it in the store. And then, when I got home I searched their website again I found this store is selling the charger for beats flex. They wasted my time a lot because I had to come back there to buy the charger. So if you want to buy something in the store at Snellville, you should search it on the website before you go there and ask them, they do not know anything in there. So weird!

These lasted for about a month and then died. The sound quality was good while they lasted.

Universal ear plugs aren’t great. Headphones disconnect from my iPhone a lot by themselves. Cheaply made.

I like them for Music but not for calls at all. It picks up way too much background noise and seems to magnify it to the point that it really bothers the people I am talking to. Looking in to getting something different

This is GARBAGE!!!! Sorry not Sorry!!!! Can not even hear music. When I want to listen to music, it should be loud for no reason. Than I turn it down

My original Beats Flex earphones wore out after two years of constant, daily use so I bought a new pair. The quality of this new pair was terrible. The new device malfunctioned the first week, and I returned the headset for a replacement pair. The replacement pair ALSO malfunctioned the first week of use. I returned the headset, and I am done with Beats. Don’t waste your money and time.
