However, on September 20th, when I attempted to recharge it, it suddenly stopped charging. Therefore, I cannot recommend this product.

Just terrible Apple, terrible

Apple went and changed the design of the originally well designed Powerbeats and made it worse. The tiny volume control button is impossible to use if you are working out and sweaty and they reversed it from the right side to the left side. The Bluetooth connectivity constantly dropped from my iPhone 11 Pro Max and I had to keep resetting the Flex to reconnect. This is Apple’s worst product sine the Newton

Beware of poor quality sound

If you like only listening to treble then these are perfect for you. Hey don’t stay in ears very well even with the different sizes of ear pieces when you’re running or laying flat. They actually stopped working last night and I bought them on Jun 20th, 2021. Will never buy any beats products again after this terrible experience. Don’t waste your money.
