The sound quality was weak, i understand they aren't too expensive, but overall the sound was a letdown

They're ok for listening for short time or if you can't keep up with most expensive headphones.

Sound quality is ok but doesn't hold the charge. I charge it, turn it off, and don't use it for a day or two, I'm lucky if it even turns on 2 days later. Lots of people complain about this. It doesn't hold the charge even if it is turned off.

Not bad but pricy for what they are. Just okay Tons of microphones noise while listening to music.

Worked fantastic for 3 weeks, now they won't respond or connect to any device. Cannot turn them off, they charge fine. Absolute junk.

Buttons got cracked and sticky got out…headphone is not getting turned off… is there a way it can be replaced?

Im on my 6th pair and the battery is terrible,horrible pair of earphones and their my first pair of beats i never had this type of problem with any pair of earphones (i still love beats) but still i dontttt recommend these to anyone at allllll foulllllll super foullllll

I had the Bose wireless and tried to replace them with the Beats and I was very disappointed.

They broke witin 30 days . I thought I had a warranty but with the new system I had to buy a new pair

I purchased these and 3 weeks later they stopped charging. Due to Best Buy’s return policy, there was nothing I could do. Before they stopped working they were great.

I purchase this product I exchanged it because of the charging problem and clarity I purchase another one and the same issue is going on. It's past to be refundable date.

Started having issues with this right after the return deadline had passed. For one, I can't turn the headphone off. It will stay on till the battery dies. If I charge it, it comes right back on and won't turn off.

Would’ve been better if it came with different earpiece cushions because the original one doesn’t fit inside my ear well.

The sound good, but the cord way too long for using while exercising.

Bought to use with iPhone only to find out that they are terrible and pick up every little scratch and sniff from across the room, not to mention everything else around you so that you cant even carry on a conversation because the other person hears everything but can barely hear you.

These were my favorite headphones, they worked for one charge and stopped. Returned them twice for a new pair and both sets did the same. Had to move on to a different brand. The older. Models were solid, got 2 years out of them.

Worked great for 6 months and then stopped working. Won't power on or charge now. Thought my Best Buy Total Tech coverage would take care of the issue but they just told me to contact the manufacturer. One star for both Beats and Best Buy.

I was incredibly disappointed at the quality of the sound. It was almost like when you blow a speaker and that papery rattle noise was heard. I returned them the same day. I dont know if mine was just defective but I did not want to take the time to try out a new pair.

My wife didn’t like them. This product comes with no way to charge them. You would need to buy a separate connector just to charge this device. Not cool!
