Good for the price but you get what you paid for you don’t get that bass beats is known for you need to upgrade to get that sound we all like.

I like the quality of the flex buds. The flex buds don't hold a charge for long.

Just received them yesterday. They won't even turn on! I charged them for over 16 hours and they still won't turn on. I've tried the reset method and still nothing. The white light blinks when they are plugged into the charger. Not the Beats I used to enjoy. I do not recommend this product.

Earphones charged, connected and worked well for a few days. Then the earphones refused to take a charge. Tried all of the online knowledge help for resetting the beats. Nothing worked to correct the problem.

Bday gift for mt niece. Shes spending the next month and a half traveling i got her something so she wouldnt be the noisy one on the plane

If the neck cord was shorter then this would be 5 stars.if gets annoying trying to workout with this long cord

Only worked once. After the battery went out i could never get it to recharge. Happened with 2 recently purchased set of headphones.

Highest volume is extremely low, I expected more from beats

I thought these would be better but I’ve never been pleased with them. Would not buy again or recommend to anyone.

The cord that draped around your neck was stiff and jacked ply ability. There were uncomfortable and the sound was only ok.

Great headphones for the price I think the switch could be improved to make a better product for a quick pause and resume though

Stopped working after a month. Trued to repair in store and was told the barcode didnt match the receipt. Was fully compensated on store but odd situation. My spouse has beats also and had no issues in 2 years.

Didn’t work after 1 charge. I waited too long to return and apparently Best Buy won't accept it and return my money. This is the last time I purchase Beats headphones and the last time I buy anything at Best Buy.

Awful for running. I wore them to the gym a coiple times. I was running on the treadmill one day and sweat must have caused them to stop working. They would not turn back on or charge.

Left ear bud stopped working right at about a month so I couldn’t return to BB and now have to go through Apple

Gave this to my wife as early Christmas gift she works with headphones so far she likes them and the fast charging time

The only suggestion for improvement is to weight the left side equally so they dont slip off over the right shoulder.

Extremely poor design. If you move your head back or around at all the era buds come out and the headset falls off your neck. The sound is tinny even with all the different ear buds. I’ve been buying Bluetooth head phones since there was such a thing. These are the worst. Hard to believe plantronics backbeat fit is not in production and this is the alternative
