Horrible! They don’t even give you a charger

Never have I bought an Apple product that I couldn’t use right out of the box. I’d have to go back to the store and buy the piece that goes into the outlet. I bought two, one for me and a second one as a gift. I’m returning both. Thanks for nothing, Dr. Dre.

Crap!

Bought these as a Christmas present and they were dead out of the box. We tried all troubleshooting options and nothing worked. Overall very frustrating and disappointing. Apparently Dr. Dre doesn't want his "affordable option" to be successful.

I’m highly disappointed especially after spending almost $75 dollars on a pair of headphones. PLEASE DONT WASTE MONEY!! Apparently this is a known issue with these earphones!

Garbage Product

Quit working 18 days after purchase, used only 6 hours in total and Best Buy only gives you 15 days for returns. Do yourself a favor and buy something else. Might as well have thrown $50 in the trash.

Worst battery life and sound quality

It says battery stays for 12hrs but its not. I have been using this for my full 8hrs meeting by having the charge at 100% but by 7.15hrs and then went off. The sound quality is not good as expected especially from Beat. Will have return it not all satisfied with this purchase.
