Quit working after one time

Terrible product.

Best Buy refused to exchange them or give me a store credit but instead sent me to the Apple store for resolution. Why shop at Best Buy then? This is officially the last time I will ever shop at Best Buy. No wonder they keep closing stores.

The fit using all the supplied ear tips is average. The functionality of these is terrible with small hard to touch controls that are difficult to change. And to figure them out you must go to the internet to read the instructions.

Not a good product; wouldn't recommend

The wire is too long and when I go for a run, it keeps bouncing and sometimes falls out of my ear. I tried to wrap it once around my neck to shorten it but it was very short and keeps pulling out of my ear.
