Didn’t like….. very hard to use since constantly slipped out of ears!!! Like jvc around neck earbuds better….also when returned didn’t get immediate refund have to wait 30 days!!!!! Ridiculous!!! Don’t waste ur money or time!!

I’ve had magnavox ear buds twice as durable and twice as loud for 19$ these are crap you are buying it for the brand name. If you attempt to ride and atv or motorcycle with them on expect the to turn into a parachute and end up in the road.

Purchased these wireless earphone, because I lost my other earphone.

Worked great and suddenly wouldn't come on or charge, this was 2 weeks after it was purchased

Used them 3 times and they were done. Wouldn't charge after that. Couldn't return them because I had them too long. Will never buy anything from beats!!

Returned right away , feels so cheap and not worth it at all

I picked these up July 11 to have on a vacation in Europe. Totally quit working after 1 week. I got back august 8 and can’t return them! Do not buy from Best Buy

Worked fine on the the first battery cycle, but after recharging it wouldn't turn on again. Also, audio quality has dropped significantly for Beats. I do NOT recommend.

In my opinion i do not recommend this product, before the month with them one of the bud's gave out, mind you i have some that i bought from H.E.B, and theyve lasted me over a year. Just Not a satisfied customer

Terrible sound quality - nothing on the low end, sounds like a speaker inside a tin can. Even phone calls sound very thin and far away. I like the magnet closures on the ear buds, but that's about it. Price tag is for the Beats name, cheap quality product.

I like everything about the item that i received, no defects.

If they're not going to include the way to charge rechargeable headphones then there should be a big sign that says make sure you buy a charger "C" cube because when you're giving a gift you look like an idiot giving an item that can't be used

Poor quality. I purchased two of these, one for my wife and one for myself and they both broke after one year of use. Would not recommend this product.

I thought for this product it was going to sound great but it was average. I returned the item too because it was stay charged long. Might of been a faulty product.

Impossible to keep these in your ear. Everytime you turn your head they come out. No wonder they were on sale.

Now cheap crap. The older versions lasted for years, you will be lucky to get 6 months out of these head phones. Had two new pair break on me in weeks and now my daughters just died in less than a year. Apple destroyed this name brand.
