Visuallythey look right, but in practice these aren't long enough really do what you might expect going around the neck from one ear to the other. T?he other disappointment is the volume control doesn't let you go as loud as I would have liked

I like the way these fit and sound but this was the third pair Ive bought. First ones last a while and sound was grest but they quit working after 1 year. 2nd pair quit working quicky and sound was basic. This pair didnt stay charged after charging over night so i returned them immediatley. I dont recommend these. They just dont last.

I’ve wanted beats for the longest time. Tried out the wireless and didn’t like them, can’t wear the headphones because of issues with my head, so the beats flex is what I got. Loved them at first but wasn’t really using them. Now rhat I have them around my neck daily I hate them. I wish I could exchange them or something bcuz at the moment I seriously feel like ripping them to shreds. They unpair constantly. Anytime I want to listen to music or a podcast I have to go thru 20 minutes of annoying crap just to get them connected. Press the button once, they should turn on. They don’t. They should connect automatically, they don’t, they should stay charged for a while, they don’t. They suck don’t get them

Totally disappointed. Bought these about two months ago fit great sounded great. Went to gym yesterday turned on nothing dead in the water. I charged it no charging light came on even tried other outlets at home. Sad sad sad especially being failed before a workout.

these work great, I wish they had more color options and had in-ear versions. These tend to tickle the neck.

Have these for more than a year, no issues whatsoever. Please, dont expect superb sound from these. You get a reliable pair of earplugs, not an audiophiles setup.

These beats brand - earphones - are a terrific design. However, the first pair, didn’t seem to want to hold a charge, and the replacement , also, seems to have blown the battery , and now won’t even charge at all.. that’s two Dre - beats brand .. headphones within 30 days, yikes?

Work great - super at noise cancelling. I just got a new IPHone and the store customer service person recommended them.

Bought these as a replacement to the Powerbeat3 that I lost. I wish this had a piece that went behind the ear. No matter what size bud I switch to, they fall out. This cord also lays awkwardly and you can feel it, whereas the Powerbeats3 cord was weightless. They are sufficient for the price but would not repurchase.

I love These. The volume is really good and I love the magnet that keeps them together so I don’t lose them. I bought several pairs and everyone I’ve given them to love them

These are mediocre at best. The only alert sounds they make are when you turn them off, when bluetooth is connected, or when they die. They don't alert you when the battery is getting low, they just die. The sound quality is okay. The instructions that came with them don't tell you how to use them - I had to google how to turn them on and off. When they say the battery is good for 12 hours, they mean 12 hours, so at least that was direct. The ear buds don't form fit to your ear like rubber ones do, and they collect dirt and junk like crazy. The magnet that keeps them together is strong though, so you don't have to worry about them coming off your neck when not in use, which is pretty much the only plus. I bought them because I lost the ear bud on my old ones, and they were on sale. I wouldn't purchase them again. I miss my Sony's, but Best Buy doesn't carry them anymore.

The material used to make this product is obviously made from the best around to say the least!

So-so sound quality, but terrible durability. These are my second pair of these headphones. My first pair lasted only 6 months before the internal wiring came loose and one of the buds became all static and then died. Beats replaced that pair. The second pair lasted maybe 2.5 years before the same thing happened again. I use a separate pair of headphones for working out and the beach. These only went with me on the train and then were placed neatly in my bag in a compartment by itself. Simply put, the flat wiring is too flimsy for day to day use and these headphones will eventually fail you sooner rather than later; coupled with too much bass and mushy sound, you're better off with something else.

Work well although the cords seem a little stiff around my neck.
