The sound quality is clear and without background noise. Excellent for talking in the phone or listen to music. I love the feature of ending a call or pausing music by connecting the earbuds (they are magnetic). That’s one of the best features.

I had these for a whole year, and they worked well. Honestly, they didn't stay on my neck when I moved around a lot but when in my ears they stuck around just fine.

The sound is top notch and highly recommend, however the microphone is too sensitive and registers substantial rubbing noise which can be over baring and interrupting.

Buy the additional protection. They work great but you want to be safe.

I got these for my mom because she keeps losing wireless buds, the cord is a bit long but she's told me that she likes them. There is no carrying case for these so you'll have to find something to store store them while not using them.

Great product. Comfortable, charges quickly. Only negative, does not come with block to charge.

If you are only getting these for playing music then I think you'll be fine. My gripes are with call quality and the fact the device doesn't have a battery meter under Bluetooth devices on the phone. Maybe I am just spoiled, but every wireless Bluetooth device I had previously had a battery warning or charge % on the phone gui. Again, listening to music sounded great, but I expected the same quality for phone calls. They were terrible.

I bought these to replace my Beats X that malfunctioned. Overall sound quality was good, but I feel like the microphone placement on this new Flex model is poorly designed and ends up rubbing against your clothing which causes scratchy audio for whomever you're speaking with. Ultimately, after using them for a couple of work calls/meetings, I ended up returning them and upgrading to AirPod Pro's.

These earbuds sound great! A major upgrade from my last pair. Some may not like the cord, that is why I got them, to keep track of both.

I love the sound of these but I'm giving four stars because the charger doesn't fit any of my devices. It has the same size plug on both ends!
