    The buds keep turning themselves off. Every time I get a call, I have to turn the ear buds back on. It's very inconvenient. I will be replacing them with something else. Once I get them connected to the call, they have great sound quality. Battery life is not very long.

    The main reason I bought the Beats Flex was for taking calls through Bluetooth, absolutely amazing especially in loud environments, very clear and noise canceling. Music of course depends what you are listening to. Overall I recommend it, decent price.
