Only one works some times, only one charges sometimes the Jlabs are better honestly

The product is great except it doesn't connect automatically to my android phone. Stays in place and great bass. I got it refurbished without a charging cable. Tried to get cable through customer service but was unsuccessful therefore 2 stars

Product came exactly as advertised. Enjoyed the experience and the Best Buy sales representative very supportive.

The sound quality is not that great. The galaxy air buds give you better base and sound quality. They are pricey and poor quality.

Very nice product, however I think for it to be refurbished the price should’ve been more reduced. I’ll probably end up buying another, who knows.

There's a reason Applecare is not offered on refurbished items. This will be my last time buying these worthless products. This started manifesting issues not long after I bought it. By the time I realized that it was the headphones and not a lack of charge, it was too late to return. The right bud doesn't always charge in the case. Then, when it does, it's the first to drop sound even when it's charged. This is a piece of junk. It seems like Best Buy takes these faulty products from customers, then they get their Geek Squad technicians to blow some air in it, then repackage it as "refurbished". They are never fixed, just repackaged. Absolute rip-off

Overall great headphones. Has some issues with bluetooth connection, but usually when first connecting. Once connected they are solid.

Love my beats, but someone put the wrong charging cord in the box. Cant use any of the free apple trials because ive used one before on another apple product. This is also my 20th pair of beats or something like that.

I have not had any issues with the refurbished earplug item. The earplugs are will worth the reduced price.

I love the beats Pro. Only con, it is hard to adjust to snuggly fit my ear. I cannot find a tip that fits properly. The beats pro has fallen out of my ear several times.

I give these headphones a 2 rating because after purchasing refurbished ones one ear bud has gone low for second time. After trying to get it repaired said my 90 day warranty was up pay $100 for another one. I have purchased two other pairs of these headphones and has not had one issue with the new ones. I will not purchased refurbished products again I believe their is reason the first owner returned them.

Had a pair, lost them and didn’t want to spend that much again. They work fine........ But they didn’t come with not one earphone tips. So I had to wait to use them

Would have been nice if the color was just flat out red. Any who, I have to say I still love taking these to the gym, great earbuds just to zone out and get that workout crushed without thumbling with your tunes. Great addition to my collection!

Great sound quality. Not comfy when wearing glasses, but great fit without glasses on.

Works great very sensitive to the touch charge case over sized bulky. I have had the item for about a month now so this is a early review hopefully my opinion stays the same or improves.
