Q: What kind of warranty do these have

A: I didn’t go to the specifications because I had already thought about buying these and had read them and they had a one year warranty with the ability to get an extended warranty when I went into the specifications later after I bought them after reading some reviews I realized they took that away and no way to buy an extended warranty and changed it to 90 days I’ve never seen Best Buy do that before

Q: What is the difference between this and the one's which are $249? And do I get all the accessories along with this?

A: All accessories are included. They usually come in factory box as well. These were returned for some reason and then inspected to meet quality control. Most of the time these are like brand new, but since they were already sold and return, they can’t be listed as new anymore.

Q: If they are geek squad certified will you be able to get them fixed or replaced by geekquad if something happens to them after the 90 days? Can you purchase the protection plan for geek squad certified items?

A: i think geek squad will take them back and fix it, but they won’t give you a brand new pair. if you go to apple and you don’t tell them that they are refurbished and they are messed up, apple will give you a BRAND NEW PAIR for FREE if there’s no signs of physical damage.

Q: Can you still buy AppleCare for these headphones?

A: Great question...and one I didn't think to ask. Unfortunately, if you buy the refurbished from Best Buy (Geek Squad Certified or not) you may NOT purchase AppleCare for these (or any other refurbished Apple product for that matter). Best Buy told me originally I could buy Apple Care for these, but had to do it directly from Apple. When I took them to the Apple Store (2 weeks after the purchase) Apple told me they won't sell AppleCare on refurbished products, regardless how new, other than those they sell refurbished directly from Apple. So know, if you buy these headphones refurbished, you are not able to "insure" them through Apple Care.

Q: If I give as a gift, will they know they are refurbished? Will it come in boxing and come with the charger?

A: Mine did.

Excellent refurbished PowerBeats Pro
I tried a friend's AirPods Pro on the other day and couldn't feel like them. I heard about the PowerBeats Pro but they are kinda expensive if you buy them brand new. These refurbished ones from Best Buy have blown my mind. They are affordable, just half price of the brand new but in like new condition. I can barely tell they are refurbished. These are perfect to wear at gym and they never fell off my ears. I would say the quality of the PowerBeats Pro is pretty much similar to the AirPods Pro, same experience as they both use the Apple H1 chip so as soon as you open the case near your iPhone or iPad, a welcome screen will pop up on your phone and tell you the battery status and they are automatically connect via Bluetooth. I also like the message announcement, i.e. They will tell you when you have a text message. It doesn't read the message for you but you can know who texted you. I'm attaching a few photos of my PowerBeats Pro. Thank you Best Buy for offering those quality earbuds with very decent price.

My favorite headphones
These are my favorite headphones. Tried them all. Only these stay on and in your ear and have solid identical controls on both. I can never figure out how to manage other headphones or buds. When I lost a pair, I tried these refurbs and they were as good as new. Could not tell if they were used at all. Perfect condition at a great price. Use these every day for hours at a time without fatigue. They come with several sizes of ear buds. I learned that the smaller sizes give a better seal and thus better sound. Not noise cancelling, but I would never want that in an active headphone. You need to hear a little bit around you. Also, once you pair with one apple device, your others are automatically paired once you open the case. Easy to switch between iphone and iPad. Very highly recommended.

Beats by Dr Dre : PowerBeats Pro
I bought Powerbeats Pro after using AirPods Pro for 2 years. My review will be comparing these 2 products. I am going to talk about various aspects. Packaging : Since both products are premium the box and contents are good quality. The box contains silicon tips a small charging cable, the case with earphones and documentation. Nothing much to talk about. Case and earphones: Casing for AirPods Pro is sleek and tiny. Easy to carry and the click while closing the case is super! The casing for Powerbeats is huge. I must say difficult to carry. I was assuming that battery life will be significantly higher for Powerbeats with the casing. Not much of a difference though. The earphones are a whole different story. AirPods are a looker and people notice those. Powerbeats are noticed by audiophiles and connoisseurs. My AirPods were great in sounds high and low. The fit snuggly in my ears with standard tips. Sound quality was superb during calls and music playback. Connections to MacBook and iPhone was easy. But AirPods are useless for exercise. In hot humid climate the slipped from my ears in 5 minutes. Powerbeats are awesome. The sound is crisp and bass is superb. I didnot notice any digging quality of both product. Noise cancellation is not a feature in Powerbeats but I never used noise cancellation as it give me a headache. Connecting to my devices was smooth but I felt a tiny delay. Not sure if it’s in my head. But I must say Powerbeats runs circles around AirPods in usage. Fit nicely in my ears. Cannot drop ever. Batter life (not including casing) is close to 9 hours. Beats are rugged to feel. Never felt that I would break them if dropped. I always worried about my AirPods. Battery: without casing Powerbeats are way too good over AirPods Build quality: excellent for Powerbeats and AirPods. But I would rate Powerbeats higher. I am happy using these for last 4 weeks. I should have gone for these over AirPods to begin with.
