what a great deal these were! i wear them everyday at the gym. they keep a great charge, work great and were in perfect condition for being refurbished.

if u buy these and they are still a little messed up, you can go to apple and just get a replacement pair. but in my case they were perfect. i had owned a new pair but i lost them, so i bought these and they are the exact same just the box has white stickers to keep the packaging closed.

Not very Loud the angle is wrong for my ears so when the volume is turned up it’s hard to hear the conversation

Beats by Dr. Dre - I purchase this hadphones for my self and so dar I like than the sound is increíble and the point that it does not have a wire to go round my neck. Love them

I love my beats they are lightweight color is awesome and very light on my ears. This is my third pair I have the black, blue and winter green and they all are wonderful.

I didn't know what to expect when I purchased a Refurbished item. So, far the Powerbeats have been great during my workouts.

It's a good deal if you're looking for an affordable price on the Beats Pro. The reason that I’m giving 2 stars, at first, it was a good option, and I thought that quality wouldn’t be affected. It doesn’t have the same smoothness when pressing the bottom to answer or hanging up calls. I’m guessing it has to do with being a refurbished product, so even though it’s tested before selling, chances are it’s not as smooth as something that’s perfect out of the box. Then again, I got a good deal, so I wasn’t expecting perfection.

The packaging was nice and the Beats looked vrand new out of thr box to be refurbished. I dont have any issues and very Happy with the purchase

Don’t buy refurbished. I was excited with the price. I know they ain’t new but I expected for them to be guaranteed to be up to new standards and they weren’t. It was like someone just returned them and they resold them as refurbished. They were missing the medium tip, didn’t have the instructions, and went to Best Buy to see if they could just give me the medium tips but they said had to return them and reorder them. At the end I felt like they failed on product quality and guarantee. Returning them!!!!

These beats are super lightweight with long battery life so I can listen all day long at work! The case will charge the headphones almost twice without being plugged in!

I now have a false sense of security now, in refurbished items. The little ear pieces “cushions if you will” were packed separately. I need the smallest size. When I looked at the packaging. The small ones were FULL OF EAR WAX, from the prior owner!!! GROSS! You can’t even be bothered to check for clean ear pieces or to take the step to make sure they are clean!? How good was the check to sell these as refurbished? Highly questionable. I will not make this mistake again. I called and asked to be sent new ear pieces, but they aren’t able to do that? Why IDK!? Makes no sense! I needed to send everything back. But I was kind of in a dire situation & in need of this over the ear style. I decided to run them through the dishwasher, then swabbed them with alcohol. Just the squishy ear pads. AGAIN…. I will NOT make the mistake of purchasing refurbished items from Best Buy, again. I expected better. I would not recommend them, based solely on them being a refurbished item.

☆☆Highly recommend!!!!! I paid half the price for the refurbished beats after losing the 1st pair I had and i am glad i did bc i got a brand new pair !!!! I would say Best Buy refurbished is the way to go!!!

LOVE the quick pairing and disconnect with my iPhone. Great sound and perfect, snug fit. Can’t run without them. 5/5 on value as I purchased refurbished. Otherwise 4/5.

This is the second pair of refurbished powerbeats pro I’m buying and so far I’ve had a great experience with the product.
