Overall no issues with headphones and were well received

Repeatedly have to pair as my exercise machines don’t recognize this off the bat

I do so because it means they check the product over and make sure it’s working properly before they put it on the shelf. I had when you buy something and it doesn’t work the first time you use it.

I thought at first it was just me not charging the left earbud correctly but it has happened multiple times and with me making sure its connected correctly only for it not to be charged.

But when I received it didn't work, couldn't even turn it on even bestbuy employees couldn't make it work....had to buy different one Samsung earbud which works great....
