Uncomfortable headphones. Returning

But they're uncomfortable on my left ear & when I'm using them to make/receive calls my callers are barely able to hear me. I love my older pair of beats but I'm returning this pair & ordering something different. Bummed!

The left one would never connect to the phone and the right had so much static you couldn’t hear a thing. We’ve definitely had luck buying Geek Squad refurbed items for Best Buy in the past but unfortunately not this time so item returned

Charging case really helps when i need to charge the headset on the fly and traveling on a long flight. Cert Refurb item should include the 4th (main) eartip.

I like the security of the hook curve to keep these earphones in place. The volume controls are very convenient to manipulate. I have found that I need to pull my hair back when talking on the phone else I sound muffled to the caller on the other end.

Best totally wireless earphones

This one is a great complement to Bose as this one is ideal for exercising and when you don’t want to wear headphones.
